This policy explains our general returns process and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an eligible item because you changed your mind, please contact us before sending it back. Return eligibility, timing, and any applicable shipping responsibility may depend on the item and the circumstances of the purchase.

Return Condition

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described, returned goods should normally be unused, in suitable resale condition, returned with original packaging where reasonably possible, and complete with all accessories and components. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where appropriate.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will handle the return in line with your legal rights and the circumstances of the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow reasonable time for the refund to be processed by both us and your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including some personalised items, sealed hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed, perishable goods, or other exempt products. Any product-specific restrictions should be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@houseofaaliyanllc.com.
